SERVICE POLICY
1.Check your clothes
- Customers please check and keep valuable items or other foreign objects before sending clothes to King Laundry.
- For branded items, faded clothes, or damaged items, please notify King Laundry in advance. At the same time, Laundry King will perform inspections and take photos to send to customers to confirm errors and damage (if any) before conducting any new washing or cleaning services.
2. Confirmation of quantity:The quantity of clothes confirmed by King Laundry is accepted as correct, unless confirmed by the customer on the delivery record, via text message or email, fully listed by class. item.
3. Insurance: Laundry King commits to be responsible for rare damages and losses caused by us, provided that the customer provides a service invoice. The maximum compensation level is not more than 50 times the service fee and depends on the type of service used by the customer, specifically as follows:

4. Receiving and handling complaints: Complaints about service are only received within 24 hours from the time the customer receives the product. Vua Giat will resolve compensation within 24 hours from the time the complaint is authenticated.
5. Product storage: Vua Giat does not store products for more than 10 days after notifying customers to pick them up.
6. Service price: Listed service price does not include VAT.
7. Preservation after washing: Vua Giat will provide additional useful information to help customers maintain newness and prolong the life of each type of product.
8. Information security: Vua Giat commits to absolutely keeping customer information confidential and will not share it with third parties without the customer's consent.
9. Update information: Vua Giat's price list and service policies can be updated and notified to customers directly, via fanpage, Vua Laundry website, text message or email.
